Ortley Avenue (IRE)

Ortley Avenue went to the front early in Saturday's $120,000
allowance and never looked back, covering 5 1/2 furlongs on the
turf in 1:01.98.

Javier Castellano had him in front inside the opening furlong.
Grunge came running late and got within a couple of lengths, but
Ortley never gave up the lead.

3YO Irish bred Ortley Avenue, set off at 3-1, exploded out of the inside one post immediately gaining a two length advantage and held it throughout to record an impressive maiden victory in the first race at Gulfstream Park on April 6, 2025. The race was a five furlong sprint on the synthetic surface.
